Jennifer Nuessner, MPA, MPAS, PA-C
Lead Provider/Co-Owner — Trusted Higher Care, PLLC (THC), at Four Points, Austin, TX
Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of clinical experience across urgent care, high-risk obstetrics, spine surgery, medical weight loss, medical cannabis, and primary care before founding Trusted Higher Care, PLLC (THC). She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from UNT Health Science Center and is nationally certified as a PA-C.
At THC, Jennifer leads a judgment-free practice where patients receive unhurried, personalized care spanning urgent care, primary care, medical cannabis, PRP/PRFM, aesthetics, and medical weight loss — all under one roof.
Outside the clinic, you'll find her kayaking, playing pickleball, or enjoying time on Lake Houston with family and friends.
Dr. John Gburek, MD
Co-Owner — Trusted Higher Care, PLLC (THC), at Four Points, Austin, TX
Born in Buffalo, NY and raised in the Austin suburbs as a Bee Cave Bobcat, Dr. Gburek's path took him through Minnesota, Illinois, and Michigan before returning to Texas. He earned his BS and MD through the Medical Scholars Program at Michigan State University, then completed his Anesthesiology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, followed by a Fellowship in Chronic Pain Medicine.
Dr. Gburek takes a holistic approach to medicine, welcoming conversations around spirituality and mental and emotional health with those who desire it.
Ultimately, he wants to empower his patients to focus on the people and things they care about. In his free time, he enjoys water sports, golf, and traveling with friends and family.
